Warehouse Hours and Location
We are always striving to find better logistic methods to minimize shipping costs for our customers, and to reduce the CO2 footprint on the environment. In our effort to ensure efficient delivery and eco-friendly logistics, we have established five fulfillment centers around the world. As a result, you might receive your items from a warehouse that is not necessarily the closest one to you. This depends on the specific items you've ordered and the particular fulfillment center they are located in.
Shipping Rates and Times
Shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery will be displayed at the time of checkout depending on the location and service you choose. We work to provide the fastest and most affordable shipping possible. We will do our best to accommodate or answer any concerns about shipping.
We ship worldwide via ARAMEX. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers will be responsible for any import and clearance duties as well as any brokerage fees, including any other additional charges.
