Thank you for choosing to shop with us at ABAYA NOIR. Please read the following shipping policy to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
Warehouse Hours and Location
We are always striving to find better logistic methods to minimize shipping costs for our customers, and to reduce the CO2 footprint on the environment. In our effort to ensure efficient delivery and eco-friendly logistics, we have established five fulfillment centers around the world. As a result, you might receive your items from a warehouse that is not necessarily the closest one to you. This depends on the specific items you’ve ordered and the particular fulfillment center they are located in.
Shipment Timeframe
If you place your order before 11:59 pm EST (SUNDAY-THURSDAY), please allow a processing time of 4-5 days for your order to ship, dependent on busy holidays, inclement weather, carrier delays, and inventory count days. Some orders will be shipped after 4-7 working days as some items need to be arranged from different warehouses. Additional shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery will be displayed at the time of checkout depending on the location and service you choose.

Furthermore, based on the specific items you’ve ordered and the particular fulfillment center they are located in, this could also influence the delivery time.
Shipping Rates and Times
Shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery will be displayed at the time of checkout depending on the location and service you choose. We work to provide the fastest and most affordable shipping possible. We will do our best to accommodate or answer any concerns about shipping.
We ship worldwide via ARAMEX. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers will be responsible for any import and clearance duties as well as any brokerage fees, including any other additional charges.
Refusing or Not Accepting Shipped Orders
Please note that once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. Shall a customer show no response to a courier company or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order at the country of destination (due to tax payment or other reasons), the parcel will be returned to ABAYA NOIR. ABAYA NOIR in its turn reserves the right to deduct from the client the following: shipping charges (both ways) as well as any duties imposed at the country of destination and in the country of origin. Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the customer. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order, a new order will need to be placed.
We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment. We will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided to ABAYA NOIR.
